Thank you for your purchase! This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds.

• Terms of return - We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date for fragrances ONLY. Body butters, body lotions, and body oils are final sale items and cannot be returned. 
• State of return - Fragrances must be minimally used and in good condition. We accept no responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.  
• Process for return - To initiate a return, please contact customer service at support@marquisfurlow.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
• Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Process of refund - Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
