CRAIG MARQUIS FURLOW

In 2008, at the age of 22, Craig began his exploration of essential oils and grain alcohol in his personal space, aiming to formulate his own colognes. This initial endeavor would slowly transform from a mere pastime into a profound passion. Over the course of several years, he dedicated himself to apprenticeship, honing his skills in the art of perfumery. In 2016, he established The C. Collection Fragrance House, which he subsequently rebranded as Marquis Furlow Fragrances in 2024.

Our headquarters are located in California. At this moment, we are unable to offer international shipping. We value your inquiries and strive to respond to emails promptly from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM PST. Please be aware that all orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. The current processing time for orders is 24 to 48 hours from the time of placement. If you have questions about an order, kindly include the order number in your correspondence.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds.

Terms of return - We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date for fragrances ONLY. Body butters, body lotions, and body oils are final sale items and cannot be returned.
State of return - Fragrances must be minimally used and in good condition. We accept no responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.
Process for return - To initiate a return, please contact customer service at support@marquisfurlow.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Process of refund - Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
